A tax invoice for every order
Numbered in order with no gaps, from the till and the online store. A sale with no customer becomes a Cash Sale invoice.
Credit notes for refunds
A refund in Shopify becomes a credit note against its invoice. Issued documents are never changed, so your records stay sound.
Quotes and proformas
Write a quote, issue it, and turn it into a proforma when the customer says yes.
Debtors
Payments come in from Shopify, so you always see which invoices are still owed and by whom.
Reports
Sales, tax and payments for any period, ready for your accountant as CSV files.
